TATIANA HOEYDAL, SR. SUBSEA SYSTEMS ENGINEER AT SHELL

Tatiana holds a M.S.c in Mechanical Engineering from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet. She has been in the oil and gas industry for 20 years specializing in subsea systems and project management. Tatiana is highly skilled in FEED and commissioning subsea hardware projects, responsible for the successful packaging and delivery of the Shell Draugen pumping system offshore Norway. She has been promoted year after year for her outstanding performance as a team lead. Specialties: Management of delivery and development projects; mechanical engineering for subsea and land applications.

PIERRE-JEAN BIBET, SR. ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER, TOTAL E&P FRANCE

Pierre-Jean is a senior rotating equipment Engineer at Total E&P in Paris, France, who has been working in the Rotating Machinery Department of the Technology Division since 2003. His work concentrates on all subsea boosting projects, following 22 years of professional experience with pumps, and he has specific expertise in multiphase Pumps (MPP).

NIKOLAUS NECKER, LEAD EXPERT, EAGLEBURGMANN, WOLFRATSHAUSEN, GERMANY

Nikolaus Necker is a Lead Expert for Engineered Mechanical Seals at EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG, Wolfratshausen, Germany. He is responsible for the application engineering in all kinds of Oil and Gas services. His job includes sales and applications of sealing technology for pumps world-wide (On- and Offshore) since he started with Burgmann in 1990. Nikolaus Necker has a Masters of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, 1989) from the Munich University of Applied Sciences and has a Pump Engineer Diploma from the University of Graz (Austria).

JEFF DE VAUL,COO & PRESIDENT OF LEISTRITZ AMERICAS

Jeffery De Vaul is the COO and President of Leistritz Advanced Technologies Corp.  His responsibilities include the Pump, Machine Tool and Turbine Component business units based in Allendale, NJ.  Mr. De Vaul brings over 20 years of experience with Leistritz starting as a Sales Engineer and serving as Sr. Vice President and General Manager prior to becoming the COO.  Mr. De Vaul earned his Bachelors of Science Degree from Clarkson University and is an industry expert in Multiphase Production System technology.

TIM NALLIPOGUN, WOODSIDE ENERGY, SUBSEA PUMP SYSTEM LEAD

Tim has over 12years of industry experience in subsea engineering covering design, qualification, installation, and operations. During the latter part of his career, he has been involved with the design, operation & maintenance of subsea multiphase pumping systems. Tim is currently working as the subsea pump system lead for Woodside Energy on the Greater Enfield Project. Based out of Bergen, Norway his primary role is to ensure that the subsea pump system meets the design requirements over the life cycle and the manufacture and delivery targets for the project. Vincent subsea boosting system operational experience. The Vincent field was developed by Woodside Energy Ltd and Mitsui E&P Australia Pty Ltd and commenced production in 2008. .

ARNE OLSEN, GLOBAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, ONESUBSEA, A SCHLUMBERGER COMPANY

Arne holds a MSc, Mechanical degree from South Dakota school of mine and technology and has been working in the oil and gas industry for 34 years. Starting his career at Pusnes in offshore services and continued to develop expert skills for subsea equipment while at Framo Engineering company until it was acquired by OneSubsea and later into a Schlumberger company.

Ole Okland, Leading Advisor, Equinor

After finalizing his master of engineering degree from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim in 1989 he joined Statoil research centre 1990 as control engineer. His first years were spent in the "early days of the development of multiphase meters”. 2002 became his first subsea year. He started working with subsea technology and a manager position where he got the responsibility for projects support and concept development in early phase activities. An exciting period where Norne technology qualification program for subsea separation was delivered, the first subsea wet gas compression technology strategy was established leading to Åsgard subsea compression 13 years later and most important  Tordis Subsea separation project became reality. In 2005 he left subsea and went back to the Research division for a VP position for production facilities. He also became responsible for all the laboratories in Statoil including the test facility K-lab at Kårstø. After the merger between Statoil and Hydro, he returned to Subsea and have since 2008 held a position as the subsea manager responsible for subsea processing in Statoil and the last 5 years as a leading advisor for Subsea processing including subsea pumps in Equinor formerly known as Statoil.

MARCO GABELLONI, SUBSEA PUMP DEPARTMENT, AKER SOLUTIONS

Marco Gabelloni is responsible for the Subsea Pump department in Aker Solutions, a top-tier supplier of products and services for the oil & gas industry. He is focused on providing high technology subsea processing solutions aiming at simplifying field developments, boosting outputs and increasing recovery rates.

Mr Gabelloni holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering from Pisa University, Italy. He has 12 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, mainly in product management, business development and technology development. Before joining Aker Solutions, Marco worked 5 years at GE Oil & Gas in the turbo machinery department.
